Free Men's Health Assessment

Seven quick questions adapted from publicly-available cardiovascular and lifestyle screening criteria. Takes about two minutes. Free. Nothing you enter is stored.

This short assessment looks at the daily-life and circulation-related factors that doctors commonly review during a routine men's health checkup. It is not a diagnosis. A higher score does not mean anything is wrong, and a lower score does not mean everything is fine. The single most accurate thing you can do is have a basic blood panel and blood pressure check with your primary care doctor. This assessment is a conversation starter, not a replacement.

1. What is your age group?
2. How often do you get at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity?
3. How would you describe your overall stress level over the past few months?
4. How would you rate your typical sleep quality?
5. Have you ever been told you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol?
6. How would you describe your current weight?
7. Have you noticed unusual fatigue, lower energy, or reduced stamina compared to a year ago?
Important. This assessment is educational only. It cannot diagnose any condition. Only a clinical evaluation by a licensed physician — including basic blood work and blood pressure — can do that. If any of your answers concern you, the right next step is to book a routine men's health check-up. Bring your answers with you; it will save time during the visit.
